The Morgan Hill Mushroom Mardi Gras is celebrating its 40th year with a Blended Burger Cook Off Contest. Burgers will be made with 75% ground beef and 25% mushrooms (using white, crimini or portabella mushrooms). The top four entries who were selected by the Mushroom Mardi Gras committee will prepare their burgers live in the cook off competition at the festival on Saturday, May 25, 2019 at 11:30 AM.  One Golden Ticket will be awarded to the  1st place winner to represent the Mushroom Mardi Gras Festival and Morgan Hill at the World Food Championship held in Dallas, TX in October 2019.
