Free parking for the festival is located throughout downtown Morgan Hill and at the 3rd Street Festival entrance at the Park & Ride lot on Butterfield Blvd between Dunne & Main Avenue.

Entrance to the festival from this parking lot is located at the train crossing in MunchkinLand.

Live Oak High School is offering parking for a donation of $5 at the dirt lot located on Church and Depot Street across the street from the main entrance to the festival.

Both lots provide handicap parking.

The mission of the Mushroom Mardi Gras Festival (a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation), is to provide a fun and entertaining family festival with an emphasis on promoting the mushroom and educating consumers about the health benefits of mushrooms, all while financially awarding scholarships to high school seniors living within the boundaries of the Morgan Hill Unified School District and monetary donations to local non profit clubs and organizations. The Festival has awarded over $700,000 in scholarships and over $350,000 to local non-profits over the past 32 years.
